When Chloe’s mama inquired with me about doing personality portraits for this special cutie’s 3 year old pictures and I was so so so excited! We made mood boards based on the bright and bold vibe they were going for, mom purchased some ADORABLE outfits and we shot these at our Cedar Falls, Iowa studio!
